I-9
Please print and fill out the first page of the I-9 form. You will need to bring appropriate identification, found on page 3, with you on your first day. Your manager will make a copy of your identification and fill out page 2 on your first day, so please do not fill out page 2.
Employee Handbook
Please print and sign the last page of the employee handbook. Bring the last page, signed, with you on your first day. The information in the Employee Handbook is extremely useful, so please read it.
